CVS Health's Minute Clinic is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a remote, 6-month PRN role delivering holistic, evidence-based care through a virtual platform for patients aged 18 months and up.

Ideal candidates hold an active, unrestricted license in any US state, with at least two years of medically relevant experience, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work autonomously; 20+ hours weekly, including some weekends, with eligibility for CVS Health incentives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Initiative, problem solving, adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Capacity to collaborate with colleagues to provide quality care.
• Marketability of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Evaluate primary care and chronic conditions and provide healthcare education and counseling.
• Counsel patients on contraception and related health information.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per policy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues within the patient-centered medical home.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients.
