Ideal candidates hold an active, unrestricted NP license in the US, with 2+ years of relevant practice, strong communication, and the ability to work ~20+ hours weekly, including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Evaluate primary, acute, and chronic care patients and provide health education.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraception management.
• Document all patient care in the EHR per CVS Health policies.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care team to ensure high-quality care.
