Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and up. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems while counseling patients and coordinating with a care team.

The position is 6 months, PRN, with at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends. A current, unrestricted NP license in any US state is required, with potential for additional licensure if needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. state license in any state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care through remote platform for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, manage health problems, and provide health counseling.
• Document all patient care in the EHR per CVS Health policies.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and contraception and STI prevention.
• Respect patient privacy and ensure high standards of care.
