Starion Bank is hiring a Virtual Banking Representative to handle online accounts and consumer loans, delivering digital banking offerings across multiple channels. The role supports customers across North Dakota and Wisconsin and requires a strong customer service background.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or call center roles, with a basic understanding of common banking transactions. English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred but not required; full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center or customer service setting.
• General understanding of standard bank transactions as well as common products and services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online accounts and consumer loans.
• Deliver advanced digital and online offerings (online, mobile, social, phone, email chat, etc.).
• Enhance the customer experience while providing solutions to customers.
• Provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts and solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Serve all Starion Bank locations throughout North Dakota and Wisconsin.
• Respect and follow compliance guidelines while assisting customers.
