Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or technical training preferred.
- 1-3 years in technology support or related field preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Process daily Director and Business Analytics tasks, statements, file monitoring, and vendor file transfers.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, ShareFile, Trism, eFax, Ticket Hub, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot and support bank equipment including phone systems, printers, conference room A/V, and overhead music systems.
- Administer physical security systems, including key fobs, door schedules, and video surveillance equipment.
- Provide onsite technical support and assist with special projects as needed.
