Job summary

Starion Bank in Bismarck, ND is seeking a bilingual Universal Banker (Spanish/English) to join our customer-focused team. You will open personal and business deposit accounts, cross-sell bank products, and process teller transactions with accuracy and a friendly approach.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Spanish and English, has 2–3 years of experience in customer service and cash handling, and demonstrates leadership and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Prefer two to three years of experience in customer service, sales and cash handling.
• Leadership abilities and self-motivation required.
