Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience within a financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies, procedures and related programs.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a virtual branch experience and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Assist with consumer digital products and lending questions; help resolve customer dissatisfaction.
• Cross-sell and refer across bank business lines; identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and evaluate risk; ensure accuracy and thorough follow-up.
• Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with customers and colleagues.
