Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Frontline Teller/Member Services representative to process transactions via Express Teller Machine and other remote channels. The role emphasizes friendly, accurate service aligned with our mission and loyalty culture.

Expect interactions through video, phone, chat, and email to support members, with weekend availability required. A high school diploma or GED and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Work involves contact with people beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
• Good listening, verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone/ on screen skills.
• Technical knowledge with good computer/keyboard skills and 10 key calculators.
• Good eye for detail/quality and strong organizational/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members remotely or via Express Teller Machine and resolve requests using our service promises.
• Takes ownership of situations within authority limits and collaborates with others to find answers.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and identify cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
