Rogue Credit Union is seeking a front-line associate to accurately process member financial transactions in a welcoming lobby or via phone. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers while delivering Rogue's Service Promises.

The role requires high school education or GED, 1–12 months of related experience, and strong communication skills. Expect a normal workday with some overtime and Saturday shifts at a branch in California.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Good communication and listening skills with ability to multitask and handle cash accurately.

Responsabilités

• Receives and processes member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.).
• Responds to member requests and directs to appropriate staff.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Cross-sells Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Performs opening/closing duties and general branch operations.
