Job summary

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members via phone, email, or remote channels with accurate information.
• Process transfers, loan payments, stop payments, card orders and address changes.
• Support online banking, bill pay, ATM/Visa/Debit in customer inquiries.
• Assist other departments and participate in promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes to identify cross-sell opportunities.
