Rogue Credit Union in Meridian, ID is seeking a Member Relations professional to accurately process financial transactions, assist members in the lobby or by telephone, and deliver Rogue’s service promises with a friendly, confidential approach.

The role requires 1–12 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Expect a Saturday rotation and some overtime in a normal workday.

Qualificações

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and operate 10-key calculators.
• Good computer and keyboarding skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process member financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, and more.
• Respond to member requests, problems and complaints with ownership and follow-through.
• Collaborate with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service.
• Cross-sell Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ATMs, vaults, and daily transactions; perform opening/closing duties.
• Perform other duties as needed.
