You will balance cash drawers, promote needs-based products, and maintain confidential records in a fast-paced branch setting.

The role blends cash handling with member advisory responsibilities and requires strong communication, accuracy, and organization across shifts including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent communications skills- verbal, written and listening.
• Needs based sales and referral ability.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under occasional pressure.
• Good eye for detail/quality.
• Good team player.
• Strong computer and 10-key calculator skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, travelers’ checks, transfers and more.
• Open new memberships, Certificates, IRA's, Trust Accounts, and other accounts; maintain confidentiality.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members’ needs.
• Prepare related files and member documents; respond to member questions and concerns to maintain unsurpassed service.
• Support branch opening/closing duties and collaborate with other departments.
