Job summary

ABB Drive Products is seeking a VFD Support Specialist in the United States (remote) to provide technical assistance to customers, field technicians, and internal teams involved with drive applications and system integration. You will help with programming, configuration, and wiring of Low Voltage VFDs, assisting customers and field staff via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of electrical/technical experience, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives and electrical principles.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD applications.
• Assist with drive programming, parameter configuration, and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Document support cases and solutions using Salesforce Case Management.
