Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - Vet (Western) to serve as the primary interface with key veterinary accounts and prospects in the Western Territory, including California and Nevada (excluding Reno) with AZ residency preferred.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Remote work within the territory with travel to events and HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling veterinary pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products via distributor or manufacturer.
• Experience analyzing sales and demographic data.
• Proven success in product sales and territory development.
• Experience reporting and presenting on sales data and activities.

Responsibilities

• Regularly call on veterinary offices in person within a defined sales territory to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize CRM for pre-call planning and post-call notes for territory management.
• Promote whole-food nutritional supplements within the veterinary market.
• Analyze market data to inform strategy.
• Identify opportunities using veterinary industry knowledge.
• Work with inside sales to generate leads and appointments, follow up, and resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to sales operations and marketing for training tools.
• Conduct educational programs for veterinary professionals and distributors.
• Cultivate relationships with opinion leaders to grow the network.
• Attend regional and national tradeshows representing Standard Process.
