Instinct Science is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive complex, enterprise-level opportunities. You will demonstrate our platform, influence messaging, and ensure customer value from engagement through implementation.

Bring deep product expertise, strong business acumen, and a track record of effective pre-sales leadership to a fully remote role supporting veterinary customers across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering or related pre-sales roles.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Veterinary industry experience.
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drive complex opportunities from discovery to close.
• Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and product demos for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer challenges into tailored solution proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and demo narratives.
• Work with Product to relay field insights and influence roadmap priorities.
• Train new hires and maintain demo environments for sales enablement.
• Participate in on-site engagements, conferences, and value assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor internally and externally.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech.
