Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist for remote US (WA/OR/AK). You will build and manage relationships with veterinary practices, collaborate with districts to plan and execute growth strategies, and engage customers via Veeva CRM.

Maintain product knowledge and drive launches, ensuring sales targets and strong customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes CVS-driven selling, digital tools proficiency, and a proven inside sales background in animal health.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.
• Experience: Inside sales or animal health industry experience.
• Top skills: CVS aptitude and CRM tools including Salesforce/Veeva and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with veterinary practices to drive sales.
• Partner with sales districts to create plans and execute strategies in targeted accounts.
• Use Veeva CRM to remotely engage customers with tailored content.
• Maintain knowledge of Elanco product portfolio and lead launches.
• Achieve territory sales targets and customer satisfaction.
