Job summary
Hidden Jobs is seeking a Support Engineer (independent contractor) embedded in the Platform organization to resolve technical tickets and ensure smooth customer operations. The role covers onboarding, decommissioning workflows, data migrations, and a broad range of platform-level requests for a veterinary healthtech platform.
Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, data migrations, ticket triage, and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and environment provisioning.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews.
- Strong written and verbal English; able to explain technical concepts.
- Familiarity with data privacy and least-privilege concepts.
- Experience with Jira/Intercom/Front or similar ticketing tools.
- Ability to pass a background check for production access.
Responsibilities
- Onboard customers technically, provisioning environments, configuring integrations, and data imports.
- Offboard customers with data exports, environment teardown, and access revocation.
- Perform data migrations with validation and QA; join customer calls as needed.
- Own and resolve CX escalated tickets, triaging environment/config issues.
- Collaborate with CS and Implement Managers to clarify requests and set timelines.
- Maintain runbooks and identify automation opportunities.
