Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge Platform Engineering and Customer Experience, owning onboarding, data migrations, and complex platform escalations. You’ll work with AWS-backed environments, automation tooling, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for Instinct customers.

You will partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to translate client needs into actionable technical outcomes, driving documentation and process improvements while

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on AWS experience and be able to verify environment changes.
• Proficient in creating/reviewing/merging PRs in GitHub as part of onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to lead customer calls and draft docs.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, least-privilege access, and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding workflows for new Instinct customers, provisioning environments and data imports.
• Manage offboarding including data exports, environment teardown, and access revocation.
• Perform structured data migrations and validate data integrity across systems.
• Own and triage technical tickets escalated by CX, including environment config and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date runbooks and documentation for repeatable processes.
• Analyze recurring CX tickets to drive tooling, automation, or process improvements.
