Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Veterinary to close new business and grow the accounts you win, working with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high value deals.

This consultative closer role demands confident communication, virtual selling, deep discovery and managing multi-step sales cycles, with a focus on veterinary clients across the USA and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience closing in B2B enterprise or agency services.
• Proven ability to navigate longer sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or medical/healthcare buyers is a plus.
• Strong communication and executive presence in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close with veterinary groups.
• Convert warm meetings and inbound inquiries into signed contracts.
• Navigate deals with multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiations with strategists.
• Grow accounts after first engagement.
