Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals. This individual contributor seat closes multi-location accounts across the USA and Canada without direct reports.

You will manage discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing cycles that span 3 to 12 months, working with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to expand where a group signs.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
