Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI‑first digital agency serving veterinary groups, seeks a Director of Sales for Veterinary. You own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting with ownership to the signed contract, with one win covering many locations and expanding into new services.

This is an individual contributor role with no reports. You will close initiatives worth a $2M annual quota, guided by our inbound and Sales Development leads, and engage owners, regional operators and marketing

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
