Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities across veterinary groups and clinics, with inbound and SDRs feeding qualified meetings.

This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, no direct reports, and a remote-first setup across the USA or Canada.

Competenze

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
