Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, remote across USA or Canada.

You will close strategy-driven opportunities with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders; no direct reports, no team to manage, and expansion across locations once a deal signs.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
