Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Executive (Closer) for Veterinary to close new veterinary business and grow accounts. You will collaborate with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high-value deals in a remote, consultative selling environment.

This role requires experience in quota-carrying closing, selling into veterinary or related agency services, and managing multi-month sales cycles while maintaining a strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying closing roles.
• Selling into veterinary or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices.
• Convert warm meetings and inbound inquiries into signed contracts.
• Navigate deals with multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, presentations and negotiations with strategists.
• Grow the veterinary accounts after first engagement.
