Job summary

GTSC seeks Call Center Representatives for the Veterans Experience Office (VEOCC) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a 100% virtual position; you must reside within commuting distance to VA facilities for training visits.

Compensation is $17.75 per hour plus benefits and 11 paid holidays. You will join a 24/7 staffed team, handling calls from Veterans and their families, directing them to the right resources.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Must have wired home internet: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, tested over a wired connection.
• During training you will be on camera; completion of training is required.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card with three years of residency; REAL ID-compliant ID to enter federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline operational support to Veterans via the VA contacts center.
• Record calls and service requests accurately in the CRM system.
• Direct Veterans to appropriate VA services and resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.
• Collaborate with VA staff and partners to resolve issues and questions.
