Job summary

GTSC is hiring for a Call Center Representative in Central Tennessee with a 100% remote setup. You will support the Veterans Experience Office at the VA, navigating a busy environment from home within driving distance to VA facilities as needed for training or equipment pickup.

Expect an 8-hour shift, full-time hours, and a starting pay of $17.75 per hour plus 11 holidays and benefits such as medical, dental, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Six months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Must have wired home High-Speed Internet with minimum 25 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up.
• REAL ID‑compliant ID or acceptable alternative required to enter federal facilities.
• 40-hour work week with shiftwork; not seasonal; full-time employment.
• Ability to work in a home environment, focused and distraction-free.

Responsibilities

• Learn and explain VA services and procedures.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify specific needs.
• Record calls and service requests accurately in CRM within timeframes.
• Direct Veterans to appropriate VA resources and maintain professional relationships.
• Use multi-screen CRM systems and protect caller confidentiality.
