Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, seeks an EF M Shared Services Representative for the Vendor Support Phone Team. The role answers vendor calls about payments, processes and set-up questions, and supports repair order entry and payment approvals. This is a full-time remote position with hours Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience supporting clients or vendors.
• 1 year of administrative or office experience showing attention to detail and problem solving.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from vendors regarding payments, status updates, and set-up questions.
• Follow up with vendors on payment timelines, delays, and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and vendor satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to leadership on frequently asked questions or recurring issues.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
