Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to guide maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors. You will help keep fleets on the road, balances costs, and reduce downtime.

The role offers remote work from home in the Austin area, a stable 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday with some weekend shifts and competitive pay with ASE certification bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) in A1-A9, B5, T1-T8, L1-L4, F1, G1, C1.
• Must live in Austin, TX or surrounding counties.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service department experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have the ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommending maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing.
• Support Fleet Management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Provide timely advice on repair orders submitted by external partners by phone and email.
• Ensure services align with manufacturers' recommendations and proper pricing.
• Explain procedures to clients, groups, and vendors and process purchase orders.
