Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is expanding its Vendor Support team to coordinate payments, authenticate ACH details, and ensure IRS and regulatory compliance for external vendors.

The role involves assisting internal fleets, educating vendors on Auto Integrate, and maintaining vendor data across systems. This full-time hybrid position offers healthcare, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACH, banking transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Comfortable using enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft or similar.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and assist vendors with the payment process and compliance.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for internal Fleet Management offices and departments concerning vendor‑related questions.
• Research and utilize multiple systems to provide high level service, developing and maintaining relationships.
• Verify banking information for new ACH setup and audit all wire transactions for accuracy prior to payment.
• Solicit current and new vendors to join Auto Integrate by selling and educating on the advantages and training on how to effectively use the system.
• Perform administrative projects including IRS compliance and internal reporting.
• Collect compliance documents from vendors (W9, vendor agreements).
• Set up new vendors in PeopleSoft, Auto Integrate, and EDGE.
• Answer vendor questions related to repair order entry and the payment approval process.
• Increase Auto Integrate system usage through vendor education and training.
