Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking an EFM Shared Services Representative for the Vendor Support Phone Team. This 100% remote role handles vendor calls about payments, processes, and vendor setup, plus training to adoption of Auto Integrate system.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm CST. Pay ranges from $17.75 to $19.00 per hour USD, with benefits such as vacation, health coverage, HSA, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience supporting clients or vendors.
• One year of administrative or office experience with detail orientation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet home-based work tech requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from vendors regarding status updates regarding vehicle payment inquires, repair authorizations, concerns, or status updates and document in internal systems
• Conduct follow up process that includes communicating with vendors on payment timelines, investigating payment delays, and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Identify and escale customer service opportunities related to vehicle administration, repairs, or payment processing and collaborate with identified internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide feedback to leadership on frequently asked questions from vendors or recurring issues to improve processes and client satisfaction
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
