The role emphasizes compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements while enabling remote work from home.

Applicants should have strong supervisory experience, vendor contracts expertise, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Vendor Management team activities and set performance expectations.
• Monitor third‑party vendors for regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Lead evaluations of vendor SLAs and overall compliance; address issues promptly.
• Coach and develop staff; manage workload and staffing.
• Maintain department policies, forms, and training materials.
• Review vendor risk and remediation plans with stakeholders.
