Qualifications

• Five or more years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management.
• Experience leading a small team (two or more) in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to establish, negotiate and enforce vendor contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Vendor Management staff; set performance expectations and foster collaboration.
• Monitor compliance of third‑party vendors with regulations and policies.
• Evaluate vendor adherence to contractual obligations and resolve issues.
• Lead and coach vendor management staff and manage workload distribution.
