Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Management Supervisor who will direct vendors and a team of specialists in a remote-capable environment. You will monitor compliance with SLAs, contracts, and regulations, and drive performance improvements across nationwide vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management.
• Minimum of three years in a lead or supervisory role with two+ direct reports.
• Experience establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, nationwide environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).

• Oversee daily Vendor Management staff; set performance expectations and foster teamwork.
• Monitor vendor compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Evaluate vendor adherence to SLAs and regulations; address issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate staff; manage workload and provide coaching.
• Maintain and improve department procedures, forms, reports, and training materials.
• Review monthly vendor scorecards and address performance issues with stakeholders.
• Oversee annual vendor re-certifications and onboarding/termination processes.
