Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Management Supervisor to guide a national team of specialists in selecting, monitoring, and assessing third-party vendors across mortgage operations. You’ll oversee SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance, while training staff and refining procedures.

This remote role supports a nationwide vendor network and aligns with investor guidelines. The position offers a comprehensive pay range and benefits, with emphasis on leadership and process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role with two+ direct reports.
• Experience negotiating and enforcing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Strong reporting and MS Office proficiency; remote-team collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Vendor Management staff; set performance expectations.
• Monitor third-party vendors for regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Evaluate vendor SLAs and regulatory adherence; address issues promptly.
• Coach and develop staff; manage work distribution across nationwide team.
• Maintain department policies, forms, reports and training materials.
• Review vendor risk, due diligence, and scorecards with stakeholders.
• Oversee annual re-certifications and vendor onboarding/termination.
• Coordinate audit responses and remediation actions with risk teams.
