Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Vendor Management staff and set performance expectations.
• Regularly monitor compliance of third-party vendors with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate vendors’ adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor staff, manage workload, and provide coaching.
• Maintain and update department policies, forms, and reports.
