Job summary

You will direct specialists, ensure SLA and regulatory adherence, and drive process improvements from a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role with 2+ direct reports.
• Experience establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Strong management reporting experience; ability to work in a remote, nationwide team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• Excellent communication and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Vendor Management staff and set performance expectations.
• Monitor vendor compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Evaluate vendor adherence to contracts and SLAs; address issues promptly.
• Lead and coach vendor management staff; manage workload distribution.
• Maintain department policies, forms, and reports; collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Review vendor management system and reports to maximize effectiveness.
• Communicate performance assessments; identify training needs.
• Oversee vendor risk assessments and due diligence documentation.
