Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Management Supervisor to direct the Vendor Management Specialists across mortgage operations, including a national default servicing network. This role supports compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and investor guidelines while working fully remote from home.

You will lead, coach, and develop the team, oversee vendor due diligence and scorecards, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely remediation and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management.
• Experience leading a team of two or more people.
• Ability to establish, negotiate and enforce vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Advanced MS Office skills and remote management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Vendor Management staff, set performance expectations and foster team culture.
• Regularly monitor and assess compliance of third-party vendors.
• Lead remediation and ensure SLA and regulatory adherence.
• Coach, develop and motivate staff across nationwide vendors.
• Maintain and improve department policies, procedures and reports.
