Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to build and maintain the Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within a defined territory.

You will cultivate relationships with key decision makers to grow the customer base and profitability, and provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is field-based and remote, requiring extensive travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Responsibilities

• Territory Revenue Objectives and alignment with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Master presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU Medical products and guidelines.
• Communicate with Clinicians about how industry guidelines intersect with ICU Medical portfolios to drive outcomes.
• Understand strengths/weaknesses of competing products and position ICU Medical offerings.</br>Be the clinical expert and consultative problem solver at field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know the top 50 assigned customer base in the territory, contracts, pumps and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products in Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolios.
• Know the market and clinicians through AVA, INS, VACC, APIC, ONS and other local chapters.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing and Operations on product performance to drive company results.
• Meet and exceed annual performance objectives; work on special projects; travel may exceed 50%.
