Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to build and expand our vascular access and blood collection business within a defined territory. You will establish relationships with key decision makers and provide post-sale support to ensure a positive customer experience, while driving profitability.

The role emphasizes clinical product knowledge, field-based engagement, and collaboration with regional teams to meet revenue objectives. Travel >50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience in medical device sales preferred.
• Vascular Access or infusion therapy background preferred.
• Must meet credentialing requirements, including vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual territory revenue objectives.
• Master product portfolio and clinical knowledge for ICU Medical offerings.
• Communicate with clinicians on how guidelines relate to products.
• Know top 50 customers, contracts, and distribution models.
• Lead product trials and implementation across portfolio.
• Travel >50% as needed.
