Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in medical device sales and relationships in regional health systems preferred.
• Vascular Access, blood collection and/or infusion therapy products background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with Regional Sales Manager to meet revenue objectives for Vascular Access & Blood Collection.
• Master product portfolio and clinical guidelines; communicate with clinicians to improve outcomes.
• Know top 50 customers in territory; manage product trials and implementations.
• Build and expand ICU Medical relationships with clinicians, payors, and supply chain partners.
• Travel as needed; work remotely in designated territory.
