Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to build and maintain the Vascular Access & Blood Collection business across a defined territory. You will establish relationships with key decision makers and drive territory profitability while expanding the customer base through ICU Medical products and services.

This field-based role requires clinical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with Regional Managers, Marketing and Operations to meet revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Background in vascular access, blood collection or infusion therapy is preferred.
• Quotas/growth history in territory and customer relationship development expected.

Responsibilities

• Align with Regional Sales Manager and coordinate daily activities to meet territory revenue objectives.
• Master product knowledge of ICU Medical offerings and relate to industry guidelines.
• Communicate with clinicians about how ICU Medical products improve outcomes.
• Know top 50 customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models in territory.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products in vascular access and blood collection portfolios.
• Travel >50% of the time and work as a field-based specialist.
