Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps to drive adoption and growth within a defined set of enterprise customers. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver business value and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes C-level engagement, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking to align customer outcomes with Broadcom’s Value Stream offerings. Travel as needed; remote work supported across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry and 10 years in your domain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Results-driven with a proven quota attainment and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions and address client questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineering during pre-sales, including product demonstrations.
• Engage with C-level executives to articulate Broadcom’s value and long-term partnership.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy aligns with customer outcomes and value creation.
