Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps to work remotely within the United States. The role focuses on driving adoption, growth, and new sales of enterprise value solutions with senior customer executives and cross-functional teams.

You will lead pre-sales activities, craft high-level strategies, and collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver outcomes aligned with customer goals. Travel to customer sites as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong executive engagement skills.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with stakeholders and address objections.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor for software needs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to align delivery with strategic outcomes.
• Publish materials and share knowledge to increase engagement with value streams.
