Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect - ValueOps. You will drive adoption and growth of our ValueOps solutions in a defined set of enterprise customers, collaborating with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 20+ years in IT, 10+ years in enterprise domain, strong client relationships, and ability to lead cross-functional teams and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in IT industry; 10 years in domain expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to influence executives.
• Proven track record delivering value in enterprise IT sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions and address client questions, objections, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for software needs.
• Participate in post-sales discussions to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Engage with prospective clients to gather technical requirements and understand business objectives.
