Job summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clinics, hospitals, and health systems, collaborating with the broader Vaccine Team to optimize contract performance and align with CDC schedules and labeling requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years sales experience or equivalent healthcare/science background.
• High school diploma with 4+ years in sales/marketing/healthcare fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations to healthcare providers.
• Provide updates on customer needs to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Educate customers with clinical and marketplace information and promotional materials.
• Use analytics to review quarterly business performance and contract outcomes.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates using tools like Vaccine IQ.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level plans to improve immunization rates.
• Maintain knowledge of the vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedule.
