Merck is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) to support providers and health systems by delivering clinical information on vaccines, education, and resources. You will be the primary contact for customers in your geography, collaborating with account executives and cross-functional teams to improve immunization rates and contract adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years Sales experience. OR
• Minimum of high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience including sales/marketing/healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align vaccine attributes with needs.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient health outcomes and contract performance.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to educate customers on contract optimization across the portfolio.
• Educate customers to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs.
