Job summary

Duquesa Travel Group is seeking a Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients research options and coordinate vacation arrangements based on individual needs and preferences. This role combines client communication, online research, reservation coordination, and follow-up.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people plan experiences while staying organized and responsive. This fully remote position includes onboarding, ongoing training, and access to professional tools to support clients

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable researching information and options online.
Ability to manage multiple client requests.
Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital platforms.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding vacation preferences, requests, and requirements
Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other available services
Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details
Review options and confirmations for accuracy
Provide clients with important information and updates
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain organized client and reservation documentation
Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements
Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is required
Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process
