Job summary

Duquesa Travel Group is seeking an organized and customer-focused Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients research options and coordinate vacation arrangements based on their individual needs and preferences.

This fully remote role combines client communication, online research, reservation coordination, and follow-up, with a focus on delivering accurate details and timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable researching information and options online.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other available services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details.
• Review options and confirmations for accuracy.
• Provide clients with important information and updates.
• Assist with modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements.
• Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is required.
• Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process.
