Job summary

Duquesa Travel Group is seeking an organized Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients research options and coordinate vacation plans that fit their needs.

You will communicate with clients, research accommodations, transportation and activities online, and assist with reservations and confirmations. This remote role offers onboarding, ongoing development, and access to professional tools within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other available services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details.
• Review options and confirmations for accuracy.
• Provide clients with important information and updates.
• Assist with modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements.
• Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is required.
• Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process.
