Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division seeks an Inside Sales Support professional in the United States (Remote) to execute daily customer activities including order entry, tracking and order management across local business units and agent accounts.

You'll coordinate inputs from ABB groups, respond to changing priorities, and help ensure on-time delivery while supporting bid proposals that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical customer support experience in Industrial/Utility sectors.
• Knowledge of power transmission & distribution products is preferred.
• Proven experience with business-to-business customer support.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily customer activities: order entry, tracking, and order management.
• Coordinate with local business units and ABB groups to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support agent accounts and input from multiple stakeholders for bids.
• Respond to changes in priorities and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Attend meetings to exchange information and analyze contract requirements.
• Investigate technical problems and establish corrective procedures.
